MTT - Wk1: Hit the Bike, Even at Work

Month 1 - Week 1:
Mon: Bike: 30 minutes easy or spin class
Tue: Run: 20 minutes easy
Wed: Off
Thu: Swim: 10 to 16 x 25 m easy, rest 20 seconds
Fri: Bike: 30 to 40 minutes easy or spin class
Spin Class: 30 mins, 9.3miles, sweaty as hell
Sun: Off
Today's workout was great! Since I was at work, I used another YouTube spin class video from GCN, but this time I opted to try the the 30 min version (video included below).
Felt really good afterwards, not light-headed like the 45 min video I tried the last time. That was mostly due to pushing it a little too hard and not pacing myself as well as I should've. Definitely going to do that one again in the future.
Tips for these workouts:
Always bring a towel for wiping up sweat
Place a towel across the handlebars to balance your phone
Try to keep pace with the suggested cadence/RPM's in the video
Pace yourself if it's your first time watching it
