My Tri Training: Like Abuse? Take a Spin Class

Month 1 - Week 2:

  • Mon: Bike: 30 minutes easy or spin class

  • 45 min spin class, 23.5 miles

  • Tue: Run: 20 minutes easy

  • Wed: Off

  • Thu: Swim: 10 to 16 x 25 m easy, rest 20 seconds

  • Fri: Bike: 30 to 40 minutes easy or spin class

  • Sat: Run: 20 minutes easy

  • Sun: Off

Let me start by saying, spin class is hard! And 45 mins of it kicks my ass every time! Such a great workout though. I highly recommend mixing one in from time to time.

That's it for now. No pearls of wisdom, I'm tired and in need of some serious recovery sleep. Especially considering tomorrow's workout is running. Cheers!
