Online Spin Workouts that'll Kick Your Arse

GCN Muscle suit

Hello fellow bike enthusiasts. I wanted to share a list of my favorite spin bike workouts for those who don't always have time to get outside or make it to a class. They're very convenient and ready to go when you are, but you will need access to some type of stationary bike.

It's no coincidence that every video on my list is made by GCN. They have a variety of different options and you get a consistent format from one to the next. Including:

  • Suggested RPM's/Cadence - How fast you should be peddling

  • Suggested level of effort

  • Details on what's coming up (Ex: Get ready to stand, 3 rounds of HIIT, etc.)

  • Where to put your hands

  • Reminder to drink your water (Seriously, it helps)

  • Music (Most times the beat matches the suggested RPMs)

45 Minute Cycle Training Workout - Sprint Training:

This one is hands-down my overall favorite. Great mix of intensity!

GCN's 30 Minute High Cadence Bike Workout:

Slightly shorter workout, but it's packed with goodness!

Strength & Power Workout – 40 Minute High Intensity:

If you give it your all, this workout will Absolutely knock you on your Arse!!
