Prior to the pandemic, Wednesday's at work were dubbed "Tie Day." Aside from the chance to change up my dress code, one of my favorite things about these days was the instant bonding that took place with everyone involved.

Enough about the photo. Hi there, my name is Arend and welcome to my blog. I recently completed my MBA and as you can imagine, there was a fair amount of projects involved with plenty of research and writing. Me being the type that likes to share what I've learned with others, I felt this would be a great opportunity to share what I've learned with others in the form of a blog. If nothing else, it could also serve as a personal portfolio.
