Assignment:
Draft project documentation for the rollout of tabletop menu tablets to assist customers with quick, easy ordering options. This will include the completion of all assigned project documentation.

Project Proposal:
Overview: Sauce and Spoon is a popular restaurant with multiple locations that has been experiencing yearly increases in annual sales. In order to take advantage of its opportunities for continued growth, the company is planning to roll out a digital tabletop menu ordering system with hopes of improving customer satisfaction, improved process efficiencies, and increased profit margins. This will include a pilot launch in the bar areas of their North & Downtown restaurant locations followed by a full launch available to all customers in every location.
